How to change unread marks BOLD/Normal to oldschool RED unead marks in Lotus Notes 8.0.X

Many customers and users, told me that it took time to be  familiarized with BOLD normal messages, when they are read/unread.
for many years, we had RED for unread and a nice star on the left side.

it is ok for me, but if your customer want it old school way, then you might be interested in this one,
this is not the only think, you may change, I think now we can do a lot of changes in Lotus Notes client look :)
