Domino NSD file analysis on AS400, tip for people who do NSD analysis

If you have a crash of Domino on AS400, if you open it on you PC it looks like this.

if you you open it with Microsoft Word, it will suggest you to pick encoding,
just set IBM EDCDIC (International)  and "Voir la", you see a normal NSD not a garbage.
then just search specific keyword in IBM Support, and if your crash is not an IBM Internal Technote, you will know what was happen to your Domino.

If you use iSeries Navigator and browse to the folder with the NSD, you can drag it out to your desktop and it will automatically convert it to ASCII encoding. Or at least it did about 1.5 years ago, which is the last time I used an AS/400.

Thanks, I do some consulting for customer concerning Domino, and customer just sends me an NSD, file, so I think this is valuable tip for those who do remote problem solving, and don't have AS400.
