jvm.properties again, should it be in policy or have higher default value?

Many people reported their tips and tricks about speeding Lotus client, with modifying jvm.properties file.

I wonder why LN does not have an Centralized option to manage this?
like Desktop Policy settings, if xmx is 40% of RAM, or CASEs like if more than 2GB then XMX is 1024 or 512.

Lotus Symphone has option this PC is Fast or not so fast, this will impact this jvm.properties. Why there is no same thing in Lotus Notes?

we have fantastic  product, Lotus Notes, but why it is not so OUT OF THE BOX friendly?

Hi, Marc, great code,

I am afraid it will work for users with Admin rights.

if end-user has limited OS access, it will not work :(

I expect this to be included in IBM Lotus, and to be controlled via policy.
