Easy Way to add notes.ini parameters to users notes.ini file

In release previous to Domino 8.5, there was only one way to add custom Notes.ini parameter to user's notes.ini
to create a $Pref field in Domino designer, it was not so convenient.

Using a Desktop Policy to set notes.ini and Location parameters

Now in Release 8.5 there is a separate section, it is a little bit hidden, after Comments and Diagnostics, at least my 19" monitor does not show it.
so you have to scroll and you will see it!!!
