Boost Your INBOX management with SWIFT, (work more efficiently)

Hello,
Lotus Published a SWIFT FILE for Lotus Notes 8.x.
SWIFT is a small FREE utility which comes for free starting from release 6.x, (you can find it under APPS folder on CD, or Download from WEB).

This tools helps you to manage inbox. You don't have to Click "Folder" -> "Move to FOLDER" search your 50 folders, and click OK,
You can Do it with a single click!

Download this tool from here ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/lotus/tools/notes/SwiftfileforNotes8.0.zip
Install it.
Then In Notes, Open your mail file, open preferences.
And enable SWIFT FILE.




When you open any mail in Inbox, SWIFT will propose you 3 links, just click on one of the links to move it to this folder.
If proposed 3 links are not matching your choice, you can do old-school way, (FOLDER->MOVE TO FOLDER).

SWIFT is learning on the fly, so after just couple hours you will notice that this tools work very accurately.

Some customers of mine, decided to install this tool by default with Notes, because it really improves performance of the work.
