NSD analysis tool, what it is, how to use it

Hello, everyone,
Good news for all Lotus Domino administrators, IBM has published their internal NSD analysis tool,

This tool realy makes life easier for all Lotus Domino administrators, and HELPDESK,

Long time ago, in a galaxy far away, we have to work old fashion with NSD files, open them in text editor, then search for PANIC, FATAL, paste call stack to IBM Support pages.

now, it is different, it is one, two three.
install this tool, it will install NSF database,

In this database just click "Open & Process a file" , select NSD file.
Command prompt splash screen will appear,


It analyzes a NSD file, searches for support (of cource you have to have internet connection to do this)

And the best thing, it even places a link to IBM Support support.

So this is a tool that every admin should have.




Don't forget to deploy an organizational policy and in desktop settings supply that you would like to collect crash information from your clients.
This is the way, how to know, what and where is not working.
